Man due in court over robberies from retail premises in Limerick

The man in his 30s is due before Limerick District Court this Thursday

A MAN in his 30s is due in court this Thursday morning in relation to robberies from retail premises in Limerick city.

Gardai have arrested and charged the man following investigations to three separate incidents.

These took place at shops in Wickham Street on Saturday, June 8, Roches Street on Monday, June 10 and Ballinacurra Road on Thursday, June 13 last.

The man was arrested on Wednesday and detained at a garda station in the city under the provisions of section four of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

He is expected to appear before Limerick District Court at 10:30am this Thursday.
