Tow truck torched in arson attack in Limerick

A TOW truck was torched in an arson attack in the early hours of the morning in County Limerick.

A garda spokesperson confirmed officers are investigating a suspected criminal damage by fire incident that occurred shortly after midnight on Tuesday, October 31 on Castle Street in Castleconnell.

“The fire was extinguished by local fire services. One vehicle was damaged during the course of the incident.

“No injuries were reported,” said a garda spokesperson.

Investigations are ongoing.
