UNDERTAKERS from Lumen Street Theatre visiting Matthew Stephens jewellers in Limerick as Sara Elkurdi, sales assistant, reminds everyone to turn their clocks back this Saturday night.

Winter time officially begins at 2am when the clocks 'go back' an hour - meaning darker evenings and brighter mornings for the next few months.

The change also means people will get an extra hour in bed this Saturday night.

While most smart devices and electronics will change automatically, analogue devices and wrist-watches will have to be changed manually.

Winter time will end at 1am Greenwich Mean Time on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
