GET READY for a heart-pounding, adrenaline-fueled adventure as Ireland’s Fittest Family returns this autumn for its 11th season, promising more excitement and drama than ever before on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player starting Sunday, October 29 at 6:30pm.

New presenter Laura Fox is on the hunt to find the nation’s Fittest Family. She’s not the only new kid on the block, as legendary athlete Sonia O’Sullivan will be joining Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O’Callaghan to push the families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title and €15,000.

One family with their eye on that prize are the O'Regan's, based in Kerry but with many ties to Limerick.

Dad David, originally from Clare, works at Profile Developments in Glin, while kids Tara, Oisin and Dáibháid attend Colaiste  Íde agus Iosef in Abbeyfeale.

Tara works at the West Limerick Sports Complex in Newcastle West, while Oisin and Daibheid play hurling with Tournafulla  and rugby with Abbeyfeale.

Tara's coworkers took to Instagram to wish her and her dad and brothers the best of luck: "We are behind you all 100%," they posted.

The action kicks off Sunday, October 29 as the O'Regans take on the Bonnar family from Waterford, the Heaney family from Tyrone,  and the Noonan family from Meath in the intense challenges at The Lake. These fearless families will battle it out for two coveted places in the next round of the competition at a brand-new location – The Farm.

Ireland's Fittest Family, Season 11 is a rollercoaster of excitement, determination, and unparalleled physical challenges that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
