Gardaí seek witnesses after burglary of private home in Limerick village

GARDAÍ are looking for witnesses of a home burglary in a Limerick village.

The burglary took place at a private residence at Ballyclough, Ballysheedy at 9:37pm last Wednesday, June 21.

It has been said by Garda John Finnerty of Henry St Garda Station, that two thieves broke into a shed at the rear of the home and stole two leaf blowers from the shed.

Garda Finnerty said: "Unfortunately, we don’t have a description of the thieves and we don’t know where they went afterwards."

In a follow up investigation by the Roxboro team, both items were recovered.

Garda Finnerty added that the Roxboro gardaí would like to speak to any witnesses of this event, and can be reached
at 061 214340, or on the garda confidential line at 1800 666 111.
