PHOTOGRAPHER Brendan Gleeson headed to Páirc Uí Chaoimh this Sunday for Limerick Live to snap supporters cheering on the men in green against Kilkenny in the Allianz Hurling League Final.
Limerick put a strong Kilkenny team to the sword by 11 points on a scoreline of 2-20 to 0-15.
Questions were asked if the loss of two thirds of the half back line named to start - Declan Hannon and Kyle Hayes - prior to the throw-in swung matters in the Cats' favour but Limerick had the answers.
Mike Casey slotted into full back with Dan Morrissey pushed forward to centre back where he was joined by Colin Coughlan in the half back line.
However, despite the margin of victory, manager John Kiely was less than pleased with the overall performance.
