THREE LIMERICK clubs switch their focus this weekend to Munster club football championship semi-final action.
Senior county champions Mungret St Paul's make the trip to Kerry to take on Dingle on Sunday in Austin Stack Park, Tralee at 1pm.

This is the first time in the city club's history that they will play in the Munster senior football club championship.In 2023, Mungret St Paul's reached the Munster Intermediate final when they were defeated by Cill na Martra.Kerry club's have had the upper hand on Limerick club's in the Munster SFC in the last decade.

Dingle ended a 77 year wait for the Kerry senior football championship title defeating Austin Stacks 2-13 to 1-12 in the Kerry SFC decider.Kerry footballers Paul Geaney, Dylan Geaney, Conor Geaney and Tom O'Sullivan are all part of the West Kerry outfit.

Askeaton-Ballysteen-Kilcornan Desmonds travel to Cork on Sunday to take on Aghabullogue in the Munster Intermediate Football Championship semi-final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh. The game has a 1pm kick-off. Limerick footballer Danny Neville has been in impressive form for the Limerick outfit in recent weeks.

Limerick Premier Junior ‘A’ champions Ahane face Buttevant in Kildorrery, Co Cork on Saturday afternoon at 1pm. Former Irish rugby internationals Ian Keatley and Sean Cronin have both featured for the east Limerick side, while former Clare footballer Gary Brennan is in charge of Ahane.
