LIMERICK hurlers recorded their first win of their Allianz Hurling League Division 1A campaign when edging past local rivals Tipperary 0-30 to 1-23 in their third round fixture played at the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Sunday.
The win moved John Kiely's side onto three points on the 1A table following their earlier draw with Cork at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Limerick resume action in the Allianz Hurling League on Sunday, February 23 when travelling to UPMC Nowlan Park to take on Kilkenny, throw-in 1.45pm.
