Huge attendance at this year's running of the colourful festive charity event

GREYBRIDGE Classic Club's Christmas lights run has become a fixture in the festive calendar in Limerick.

On Monday evening, December 30, the tractors and cars, all expertly decorated, set off from Limerick Racecourse and made their way in colourful convoy to Adare. The sight lit up faces, as well as the towns and villages along the route.

This year's charity beneficiaries are Cliona’s Foundation, Make the Moove and the Irish Red Cross in the Limerick area.

Gardai from Roxboro even brought along the garda tractor to add to the spectacle.
