Deaths in Limerick - March 29, 2019

The death has occurred of John Hannan of St. Lawrence Park, Garryowen, Limerick. 

Late of Crescent Clothing. John, passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Limerick. Beloved husband of the late Margaret. Brother of the late Phyllis and Theresa. Very deeply regretted by his daughters Peggy, Colette, Ann and Karen, sons John, Tony, Ger and Joe, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Noel and Brendan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.

May He Rest in Peace. 

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Sunday March 31 from 4pm followed by removal at 5.30pm to St. John's Cathedral. Requiem Mass Monday April 1 at 11am with funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (extension) Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to, Milford Care Centre.

The death has occurred of Frank Markham of Enniscouche, Rathkeale, Limerick. 

Peacefully in the loving care of the management and staff of Beechwood House Nursing Home. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mae, 6 sons, 3 daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Magner's Funeral Home, Rathkeale Saturday evening from 6p.m. followed by removal at 8p.m. to St. Mary's Church. Requiem Mass Sunday at 2pm. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Jim Quinlan of Aviation Drive, Cahirdown, Listowel, Kerry and Cappamore, Limerick. 

Unexpectedly on March 28, 2019 at University Hospital, Limerick, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary Quinlan.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Nóirín, son Brian, daughter Michelle, grandson Cooper, brother John, son-in-law Shane, daughter-in-law Mel, aunts, aunt-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence, Aviation Drive, Cahirdown, Listowel, on Sunday evening from 3pm to 7pm. Removal on Monday morning to St. Mary's Church, Listowel for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St. John Paul II Cemetery, Ballybunion Road, Listowel. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Ard Cúram, Listowel or Arás Mhuire, Listowel.
