Funeral arrangements announced for teenager who passed away in tragic accident

Funeral Mass of Darragh Byrne takes place on Sunday

THE FUNERAL arrangements for the young Charleville teenager who died in a tragic accident in County Kerry on Tuesday have been announced.

Darragh James Byrne, aged 16, of Ballysally, Charleville will repose in Hawe O'Keeffe Funeral Home, (P56YY15) Bakers Road, Charleville on Saturday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, followed by prayers.

Reception into Holy Cross Church, Charleville on Sunday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 3pm.

The beloved son of James and Siobhan (Fehilly) is sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, grandfather George Fehilly, grandmother Marie Byrne, uncles Pádraig, Gearoid, Kevin and Michael, aunts Nollaig, Maeve, Deirdre, grandaunts, relatives and friends.

In Darragh’s notice on rip.ie, his family thanked doctors, paramedics, gardai, Dingle and Killarney Mountain Rescue, Shannon Rescue 115 and all those who helped in so many ways.
