The death has occurred of Marjorie Clarke (née Purcell), O’Briens Bridge, Co Clare and formerly of Glasnevin North, Dublin and Limerick city on May 18 with dignity and grace in the exceptional and dedicated care of the staff of Nenagh Hospital after a short illness very bravely borne.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John, parents Dom and Lily and niece Lillian.

Much loved mother of Fiona, Déirdre and Aileen. Loving grandmother to Paul, Ian, Aibhín, Jamie, Aimee, Matthew, Ellie and Eva and great grandmother to Paige. She will be dearly and forever missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Shay and Kevin, her grandchildren, great granddaughter, her cherished sister Helen, brother Harry, sister-in-law Anna Clarke, her nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. 

Reposing at her residence (V94 H5NR) on Friday, May 23 from 4 to 9pm. Arrival to Shannon Crematorium on Saturday, May 24 for service at 4pm.

The death has occurred of Mary Griffin (née Fitzgerald) O'Curry Place, Limerick city, on May 20, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by her loving family.

Ex Gaeltacht Dry Cleaners and St Joseph’s Church, O’Connell Avenue. 

Predeceased by her loving husband Thomas, parents and infant siblings.

Much loved mother of Rose, Breda and Eddie. Sadly missed by her family, adored grandchildren Michael, Aine, Aisling and Niamh, Thomas, Tom, David and Sarah and their partners, great grandchildren Aaran, Mac and Ruadh, sons-in-law Bobby and Jim, daughter-in-law Veronica, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends in particular in Milford Day Centre and St Joseph’s Church Choir and kind neighbours.  

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Thursday, May 22, from 4.30pm to 6pm, followed by removal to St Joseph’s Church, O’Connell Avenue. Requiem Mass Friday, May 23, at 12.30pm, funeral afterwards to Mount St Lawrence (extension) Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Audrey O'Donoghue, Galvone Road, Kennedy Park, Limerick on May 18, suddenly but peacefully, at her residence. 

Very deeply regretted by her daughter Kimberley, son Kieran, granddaughters Bonnie and Kalia, daughter-in-law Becca, niece Rebeckah, sisters Anntoinette, Geraldine, Arelene, Johann, brother John, her much loved nephews, nieces, mother-in-law Bonnie, other relatives, friends and neighbours. 

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Thursday, May 22, from 4.30pm to 6pm.

Funeral will arrive on Friday, May 23, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Roxboro Road, for Requiem Mass at 12pm, funeral afterwards to Mount St Oliver Cemetery.

The death has occurred of James (Jim) Somers, Castleknock, Dublin and Limerick on May 20, unexpectedly.

Beloved husband of the late Terry, dear father of Nicola, Hilary and Edelle, father-in-law of Tom and Daithí and a devoted grandfather to Sophia and Robyn. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brother Jack, sister Miriam, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and a very large circle of friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday evening, May 22, from 6pm to 8pm.

Removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock on Friday morning, May 23, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery, Lucan.

The death has occurred of Michael (Mike) Joseph Woulfe, Kettering, Northampton, England and formerly of Coole West, Athea, Co Limerick, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Kettering General Hospital on April 13.

Predeceased by his loving parents Thomas and Catherine (Kit) Woulfe.

Mike is sadly missed by his sons Mike and Trevor, grand-daughters Maicey and Sophie, sisters Noreen (McElligott) and Mary Ita, brother-in-law Joe McElligott, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Requiem Mass for Mike will be celebrated in St Bartholomew’s Church Athea on Saturday, May 24 at 2pm followed by interment of ashes in Holy Cross Cemetery Athea.

The death has occurred of Ita Keldon (née O'Neill), Tuamgraney, Co Clare and formerly of Sexton Street North Thomondgate, Limerick on May 21, peacefully, at St. John’s Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Brian, sister Rita, brother Brendan and her partner Gay. 

Cherished sister of Bridget, Michael, Rebecca, Ann, Charlie and Marie. Sadly missed by her family, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, lifelong friends Rose, John and Dan. 

Funeral will arrive Saturday, May 24, at St Munchin’s Church, Clancy Strand, for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by Service at 12pm in Shannon Crematorium.
