GARDAI have seized €210,000 worth of cocaine following a search operation in Tuamgreaney, County Clare.
The search of a residential premises was carried out by members of the Killaloe Detective Unit, Ennis Detective Unit and Clare/Tipperary Drugs Unit with assistance from the Regional Dog Unit on Saturday evening.

A garda spokesperson said a vehicle on the premises was searched, "resulting in the recovery of suspected cocaine with an estimated value of €210,000".
"A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested and brought to a garda station in County Clare. He is currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
"Investigations are ongoing," said the garda spokesperson.
