Two BMW cars were take from outside a house at Keelgrove, Ardnacrusha
GARDAI are appealing for information following the theft of two high-end cars from outside a house in a Clare village close to Limerick city.
The vehicles - two BMWs - were taken by intruders who broke into a house in Ardnacrusha at the weekend.
"Burglars broke into a house at Keelgrove, Ardnacrusha, County Clare on Sunday night into Monday morning, sometime after 2am," said crime prevention officer, Sergeant Michelle O'Halloran.
"Having gained entry to the home and during the course of the burglary two sets of car keys were taken. Both a 171-registered blue BMW 430 and a 192-registered orange BMW330 were stolen from the driveway," she added.
To date, the vehicles have not yet been recovered and investigations are ongoing.

Gardai at Mayorstone are investigating and anyone with information about the burglary or the location of the cars can contact them at (061) 456980.
