The Nissan Qashqai was seized by gardai under Section 109A of the Road Traffic Act
YOU can run but you can't hide from gardai as a driver who evaded officers has been identified and the vehicle seized.
A garda spokesperson said the dark navy Nissan Qashqai SUV was observed being driven in a suspicious manner by gardai on mobile patrol in Rathkeale on Tuesday.

"It failed to stop, driving at speed and dangerously to evade gardaí. We stood down the pursuit due to manner of driving.
"The vehicle was located and seized under Section 109A of the Road Traffic Act," said a garda spokesperson.
An Garda Siochana Limerick shared the update on their recently-created Facebook and Instagram social media accounts.
"The driver has been identified and investigation is ongoing," said the garda spokesperson.
