Gardaí investigate brazen burglar who walked in the front door of a Limerick home

A BRAZEN burglar who walked in the front door of a Limerick home is being investigated by gardaí. 

A house at the Willows, Annacotty was targeted by a burglar who entered via the front door, which was unlocked, on Wednesday November 27 at 5:30pm.

“He searched the house but left empty-handed,” said garda John Finnerty of Henry St garda station. 

“There was an old black Honda Civic waiting in the driveway of the house to collect the burglar. The burglar jumped into the car and it took off at speed.

“Unfortunately, we don’t know where the car went afterwards.”

Gardaí in Castleconnell are appealing for any information regarding this incident and can be contacted on 061 377 105.
