A PROPOSED sensory garden for the Mungret community has been formally approved.
The facility, which will be located near Mungret's existing park, will support both neurodiverse individuals and the wider community in nurting their mental wellbeing.
That's according to metropolitan district leader, Cllr Daniel Butler, who has pledged thousands of euro of his own devolved funding to the project.

The City West polltopper, pictured below, initially had the idea last year.
"This is not just a project I support — it is one I initiated and am personally committed to seeing through from concept to completion," he said.
