ESB offering hotel assistance to Limerick homes still without power

Phone charging points and the facility to fill your own takeaway flask will be available at three locations

FOLLOWING hazardous weather conditions ESB Networks continue to have additional crews working in Limerick to restore power.

While you are without power they have arranged the following support services for customers in your area until power is restored to your home.

Today and tomorrow, Thursday, January 9, main course, dessert, tea or coffee, phone charging points and the facility to fill your own takeaway flask will be available from the following locations: Longcourt Hotel, St Marys Road, Newcastlewest, V42 TD72 from 12pm to 8pm, Leens Hotel, Main street, Abbeyfeale, V94 PW84 from 12pm to 6pm and Charleville Park Hotel Limerick Rd, Rathgoggan North, Charleville, Co. Cork, P56 V268 from 12pm to 6pm.

To avail of this service, you will need to provide the service provider with your MPRN number. You will find your MPRN number in a box on your electricity bill starting with one zero.

There are a number of areas still without power in Limerick; Kilmallock, Abbeyfeale, Milford, Churchtown, Foynes, Rathkeale and Garryspillane.

Please only travel if it is safe to do so.
