Limerick U16 camogie sides enjoy Munster Championship success

TWO of LIMERICK'S U16 camogie teams both enjoyed Munster championship success last weekend. The Limerick U16 A camogie team edged past Waterford 1-11 to 2-7 in the Munster A Shield final. Meanwhile, the Limerick U16 B camogie team were crowned Munster champions after the Shannonsiders defeated Cork 2-6 to 1-5. 

The Limerick minor camogie team were narrowly defeated by Cork 2-9 to 0-14 in the Munster final at Templeglantine GAA grounds on last Saturday afternoon. Diarmuid Ryan's side trailed 0-9 to 0-8 at the interval. Limerick now switch their focus to the All-Ireland minor camogie championship this weekend when they take on Galway on Sunday at 2pm in Gort GAA club in county Galway.
