TRAINEE lawyer and ‘curly mullet’ aficionado Aisling from Limerick is set to appear on our screens with the return of First Dates.

The popular dating show will be back on our screens tonight at 9.30pm on RTÉ2.

Former county footballer and Paul Mescal lookalike Hugh from Kildare enters the gladiatorial arena with Aisling.

Singletons from far and wide will be making their way into the First Dates Ireland restaurant all hoping to find their forever love.

With a refreshed look, new graphics and colour scheme, this series will offer plenty of surprises! Series 10 will feature the show’s oldest daters yet and ten familiar faces will also be returning to the restaurant once again.

On hand, as always, with kind words of encouragement, shoulders to cry on and insightful observations on love and life are table angels Alice and Pete, Neil, the world’s friendliest barman and Maître D’ Mateo Saina.

On episode one, nervous IT manager Paddy from Kildare goes from chaos to harmony with feisty singer-songwriter Dervla from Bundoran.

Fellow Dubliners, fun-loving super-positive Brazilian waiter Luis takes to the stage with sassy Nigerian playwright Doyle.

Primary school teacher and comedian Sinead from Louth shares her passion for the unconventional with idiosyncratic part-time DJ John from Shankill.
