THE 2012 Aviva All-Ireland Schools’ Track and Field Championships which took place on this day, June 2 proved a bumper one for Limerick athletes.
Several Limerick athletes took home national titles from the Tullamore Harriers AC venue.
A number of those athletes have gone on to enjoy hugely successful athletics careers at national and international level.
