Single father boylesports

I'm a lone parent to my 9yo girl for the past 5 years we haven't seen her mother. Things have been very hard getting by. Before I knew it I had got too 174 points I was 26 away from the 5k reward. This was Wednesday, I checked my account Thursday morning and the reward bar had vanished and also the 20 thousand euro I had won roughly throughout 277 transactions. I contacted boylesports and told them I wanted the 5k. They said it had been a mistake. I then told them I have all screenshots, I want everything that I had put into my account from the day I got the reward offer. I didn't know at this stage I had made almost 20 grand until I checked my transactions all 277 of them. Now I am. Left with nothing they will not help me or acknowledge that I wouldn't have put everything I had in if they did not false advertise. They then had the cheek to limit my account to 250euro deposit monthly, as if they were worried about us. They were more than happy too let me win over a million and give it all back too them. I know I am very irresponsible all I can say is it got the better of me during lockdown. Its hard enough too get by day too day, I have now being taking care of myself and my daughter on my own without 1 day off for 5 years. I never missed an appointment for her many medical meetings every week sometimes 7 times a week. Physio, physiologist, speech and language, and cahms. This is also with no car, I became a heroin addict when I came home from Australia in 2003, this is when I met her mother. Thank god she saved my life being born, I stopped the day she was born. Her mother could not do it and that's why we haven't seen her for 5years, not a phone call even. We're better off by ourselves. My kid is my life and I had full intentions of getting back too being a good dad for the new school Yr. I was hoping this might put some awareness on gambling and also boylesports too either give me the money I had spent since the reward offer, or the 5thousand which I rightly deserve they took it away just as I was about too achieve it. Points are not calculated until 12pm.i would have had the 200 points on the Thursday. Or even more so the 20 thousand that I played trying too get the reward, I had no idea I had won so much until I checked my screenshots, I would love too buy a car and start fresh this year. I know I shouldn't be betting, I own that. But boyles are wrong here. I have all the proof. All transactions 277 of them since Sunday. And all of the lockdowns also.
