Limerick's most popular tourist attraction King John's Castle is also set to feature.
Earlier this year, St John's Brass and Reed Band were named Limerick Persons of the Month in honour of their anniversary.
The award recognised the band's longstanding cultural contribution and its enduring presence in community life since its founding in 1865.
To celebrate the anniversary, a free public event took place in May featuring a ceremonial march from the Band Hall on Garryowen Road to John’s Square.
Founded originally as The Victuallers Band by Limerick’s butchers’ guild, St John’s Brass and Reed Band is one of Ireland’s oldest community bands.
Today, it includes 30 members ranging in age from 17 to their 70s, with diverse cultural backgrounds. The band rehearses weekly at the Redemptorist Centre of Music, which continues to support its development.
