King John's Castle in Limerick proudly presents an extraordinary 2025 concert series, transforming its historic grounds into a vibrant stage for six of the year’s most anticipated live performances.

Commenting on the phenomenal line-up of acts set to perform over the summer at the Castle, Mick Dolan said: "We are incredibly excited and proud to present such a dynamic and diverse line-up." DAVID GRAY – Past and Present Tour (SOLD Out)
Date: Thursday, May 1
David Gray returns to Limerick as part of his acclaimed Past and Present tour. Celebrated for his breakthrough with White Ladder and the evocative storytelling on his 2021 album Skellig, Gray has cemented his place among classic poetic singer-songwriters. "Delighted to welcome David Gray back to Limerick," notes Mick Dolan, highlighting his storied history with the city—from intimate performances at Dolan’s Warehouse to a monumental show at Thomond Park as a special guest to Bob Dylan.

QWEEN ft. The Dublin Gospel Choir- Riverfest Weekend
Date: Saturday, May 3
Experience an electrifying fusion of soul and spirit as QWEEN joins forces with The Dublin Gospel Choir. This dynamic collaboration promises a powerful blend of captivating vocals and inspirational live performance that will resonate with audiences from the very first note.

THE CORONAS – Riverfest Weekend
Date: Sunday, May 4
Returning during the celebrated Riverfest weekend, The Coronas – known as Ireland’s hardest-working band – will deliver a high-energy performance. With three consecutive #1 chart-topping albums, performances for two U.S. Presidents, and a legacy of sold-out holiday shows, their homecoming is set to be one of the highlights of 2025.

AMBLE – Live at the Castle (SOLD Out)
Date: Thursday, June 19
Fresh off a captivating performance at Electric Picnic, Amble is returning to their home stage for a night of folk-infused storytelling. The band will also offer a sneak peek of new material from their upcoming EP, The Commons, set for release on November 1. "Nothing compares to being on stage and connecting with our fans through the stories we tell in our music," the band shares.

THE DARKNESS
Date: Friday, June 20
Prepare for a night of theatrical rock as The Darkness ignites the historic Castle with their signature high-energy anthems and showmanship. Known for electrifying live performances, their set is sure to leave fans roaring for more.

TRAIN – Live at the Castle
Date: Monday, July 7
Closing the concert series, multi-GRAMMY Award-winning Train will make their debut Limerick performance at King John's Castle. With over 10 million albums sold and a catalogue of iconic hits, Train’s arena-filling show is destined to be a high octane celebration of rock and pop.
