Limerick's bid for a fifth All-Ireland title in-a-row was stopped by the 'Rebels' on Sunday

LIMERICK'S All-Ireland title defence was stopped by Cork in the All-Ireland semi-final in front of a sold-out Croke Park crowd as the 'Rebels' booked their spot in this year's final against Clare.

John Kiely spoke after his sides defeat to Cork stating: "That game was in the balance and it was the tiniest of margins in the end. Cork took their opportunities when they came and we were just not accurate enough with ours. Cork put it up to us today and fair play to them they went out there and played an incredible game. I am hugely disappointed for the lads we have had a great few years."
