LIMERICK'S All-Ireland senior hurling championship campaign came to an end on Saturday evening when they were defeated 2-24 to 0-28 by Dublin in Croke Park.
Goals from Cian O'Sullivan and John Hetherton proved to be difference as Dublin defeated Limerick by two points. Since 2018, the Shannonsiders have experienced unprecendented levels of success winning five All-Ireland championships and six Munster SHC titles.
After Limerick's narrow defeat to Dublin, John Kiely spoke with Leader Sport.
