WATCH: Limerick U20 hurling manager Evan Loftus reflects on Munster Championship defeat to Clare

Limerick were defeated by Clare in the Munster U20 Hurling Championship

"It was do or die today, it was knockout anytime you come out the wrong of that there's obvious disappointment. They gave it absolutely everything, it wasn't for a lack of effort," said Limerick U20 hurling manager Evan Loftus. 

Limerick were defeated by Clare 0-27 to 1-20 in the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Wedensday evening in round five of the Munster U20 Hurling Championship. This result now brings an end to Limerick's Munster U20 Hurling Championship campaign.
