LIMERICK opened their bid for an unprecedented seventh Munster senior hurling title in a row with a thrilling 2-23 each draw with Tipperary in front of 32,295 spectators at FDB Semple Stadium, Thurles on Sunday.
The dramatic game produced 50 scores, including four terrific goals, as the Munster rivals opened their campaign with a share of the spoils.
