WATCH: Limerick manager John Kiely on their league win over Westmeath

Limerick earned a six-point win over their opponents in Mullingar

LIMERICK earned their second Allianz Hurling League win of 2024 after seeing off Westmeath on a 1-20 to 0-17 scoreline at Cusack Park in Mullingar earlier today.

Donnacha Ó Dálaigh's 63rd minute goal proved vital for Limerick and it ushered a dominant finish to the game by John Kiely's men.

Despite the six-point winning margin, Kiely was not fully pleased about the performance and said there is plenty of hard work for the players in the weeks and months ahead.
