TO MARK the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, an estimated crowd of 400 joined a rally in Arthur's Quay Park.
Organised by Doras, the national migrant and refugee support organisation, the 'Standing for Peace' rally took place this Saturday, February 25.
In support of Ukrainian people, the people of Limerick showed up to hear stories from Ukrainian refugees, as well as from Limerick families who welcomed them into their homes.
Across the country, commemorations are being held on the first anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion.
