Limerick are into their first ever Tailteann Cup semi-final after defeating Wexford on Sunday evening

Limerick are into the semi-finals of the 2025 Tailteann Cup after they defeated Wexford 4-21 to 2-19 at the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Sunday evening.

Two goals each from Cillian Fahy and Danny Neville ensured that the Shannonsiders' will be in the hat for the semi-final draw on Monday morning.

It will be Limerick's first ever appearance at the semi-final stage of the Tailteann Cup since the competition began in 2022,

After the match, Limerick Leader Sports' Oisín Nolan caught up with Limerick manager Jimmy Lee.
