LIMERICK captain Declan Hannon described their winning of a fifth Munster final on the bounce as a 'mad achievement' in the aftermath of Sunday's win over Clare.
The Adare clubman has now captained Limerick to all five of the provincial victories and added that the five in as many years are just as sweet as the one won in 2013.
He spoke to reporters on the TUS Gaelic Grounds pitch following the one-point win and hailed the whole occasion of a Munster final in Limerick as a 'fantastic day'.
