Fresh and quality food on the menu at Castletroy Park Hotel

LOCATED minutes off the M7 motorway and close to the University of Limerick, the Castletroy Park Hotel offers comfort, style, friendliness and top tier facilities.

With 108 bedrooms, 26 suites, function rooms, a bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, leisure centre, gym and ample parking, this Limerick suburban hotel has all you need for the ultimate family stay, wedding venue, corporate event, special occasion, couples location or a refreshing break from your day.

The bar, restaurant and garden room offer an array of tasty food including breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea.

Fintan Ryan, Executive Head Chef, oversees the menu and sources local produce where possible. "It's excellent. I'm originally from Limerick myself, I'm in Castletroy Park for about 10 years now, so I have a very good relationship with the local suppliers.”

Menus are changed four times a year with the seasons using produce that’s in season while sourcing fish from County Clare; lamb, beef and other meats from Limerick and Tipperary.

CS Fish supply the seafood from Doonbeg six days a week, ensuring freshness while butcher Pat O'Connor in Limerick city supplies meat and being seasonal means spring lamb for Easter as well as ABP meats from Tipperary.

An extensive menu created by the chef ensures that there is something for everyone at the hotel whether staying, visiting or attending an event.

General Manager, Cyril Laffan, has been working at the Castletroy Park Hotel for five years and he emphasised how they take care of each and every guest. "It's important for us to look after the guests from the moment they go to bed at night, to the moment they get up in the morning,  check in, check out, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

“And then if we have an event or a function going on we're there to serve them and look after them and make sure that every part of their day is absolutely perfect."

While being a large and busy hotel, it has that neighbourly feel and community welcome -  something concierge Kevin Murray ensures each guest has the pleasure of experiencing.

“We get people meeting, they're coming up from Kerry, down from Galway or across from Dublin. It's a real central meeting point, being so close to the motorway,” he said.

Castletroy Park Hotel caters for all events, occasions, meetings and it’s dog friendly.
