A new Netflix film, based in Ireland and featuring Lindsay Lohan, has dropped it's trailer.
The movie called Irish Wish is due to premier on March 15 and was partially filmed in a number of locations around the country.
The synopsis is as follows: "When the love of her life gets engaged to her best-friend, Maddie (Lindsay Lohan) puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland - until a spontaneous wish for true love causes her to wake up as the bride-to-be."
The Irish-themed romantic comedy was filmed on location in Kilruddery House and Lough Tay in Co Wicklow and Westport in Co Mayo, as well as the worldwide famous Cliffs of Moher in Co Clare.
Best known for the 2004 chic-flick Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan was a child actor who won multiple MTV teen awards and starred in many 'tween' films.
“Ireland’s so beautiful,” she said in a press statement issued by Netflix.
“I’d never been, [but] my grandfather’s from there. We stayed in this little town called Dalkey. The people are so nice, and the Guinness pies were amazing.”
