We pick out some of the best photos from the weekend where there some huge games down for decision on the Limerick GAA club scene.
The biggest game of the weekend saw Ballylanders win the Limerick SFC title when they beat St Patrick’s by 2-8 to 1-7 in Newcastle West. That game was preceded by the minor final between Fr Casey’s and Tory Gaels, a game that Fr Casey’s won 2-13 to 1-12.
On Saturday, Na Piarsaigh won the Limerick IFC crown, beating St Senan’s by 3-11 to 1-15 while the Premier IHC semi-finals also took place on Saturday. Bruff won promotion back to the senior ranks thanks to a 0-21 to 1-9 win over Garryspillane while Blackrock and Croom drew 1-17 each.
We have pictures from all of those games - and you can see more in our 12-page Limerick GAA championship supplement in this weekend’s Limerick Leader.
