LIMERICK'S senior footballers are without a win from their two Allianz Football League Division 2 games in 2023 after Dublin left the TUS Gaelic Grounds with a 2-17 to 1-11 victory.
The Dubs were in flying form in the first half and deservedly lead comfortably at the break. Limerick, to their credit, came back with an excellent second half display to bring the losing deficit to nine-points.
Limerick have no game this weekend but head to Ardee in county Louth on Sunday, February 19 in a crucial Division 2 fixture that Ray Dempsey's side need a result from.
