Large crowds have gathered in Limerick city centre to watch the All-Ireland hurling final on the big screen.

Located at Pery Square, the free event has been organised by Mayor John Moran, Limerick City and County Council and Limerick GAA.

So far there has been plenty for them to cheer about as Limerick entered the half-time break leading Galway by five points.
