The People's Museum of Limerick in Pery Square is set to host Toastmasters this Thursday
AN AWARENESS event will take place in Limerick this Thursday to focus on the work of a group which helps people improve their public speaking.
The People’s Museum of Limerick will welcome the Toastmasters Bus to Limerick, from 12noon to 2pm.
The interactive event is free and open to all, and comes as part of a nationwide tour Toastmasters are doing promoting their service. Those attending can expect to witness a live demonstration of a typical toastmasters meeting, alongside inspiring speeches, impromptu speaking, storytelling, plus entertainment and fun for all ages.

Organisers say the event is perfect for job seekers preparing for interviews, young professionals seeking leadership experience, and community leaders looking to make a bigger impact.
It’s also aimed at anyone wanting to build confidence, overcome fear of public speaking, or connect with like-minded people.
Toastmasters groups from Limerick and further afield have come together to organise this stop-off.
