ANOTHER week, another city street fashion show!

I returned to my home soil in Limerick city at the weekend for a Christmas fashion show, which took place in Limerick city centre on Saturday, December 9.

It was a day bursting with joy a festive fun. The Holman Lee Agency models, Asta Lee and I took to Thomas Street to showcase a mix of warm wools and polished patterns, and, thankfully, a great crowd turned out to experience the extravaganza on the day!

I donned a long monochrome coat, with a silver ankle-length skirt and a fluffy head piece, as the weather is quite chilly.

Asta wore flattering, shiny pants and stuck with a gorgeous light grey-themed coat and shirt combo.

What is becoming something of a yearly ritual now, the Limerick Christmas street fashion show puts a unique spin on a regular show, as the public are situated among the models and get to see the clothes from a different perspective while outdoors.

A lovely surprise which also drew crowds was the performance by Shaun O’Dowd.

Having a backdrop of music brought the vibe to another level.

The models strutted their stuff in a mix of local and regional designer brands with more than 20 stores getting involved, including Be Fabulous, Brown Thomas and Carraig Donn.

We also had male models, who looked as dapper as ever.

They wore suits and other seasonal styles by Sexton Menswear, Tony Connelly and Esquire, to mention but a few.

Sponsoring the event were also some local businesses, including Specsavers, Mickey Martins and Hugh Campbell Hair Group.

We had such a wonderful time and we are very grateful to Christmas in Limerick for letting us host such an amazing event once again this year.

Thank you to absolutely everyone who supported us, XxCelia
