LIMERICK is the place to be this weekend, as temperatures are expected to reach up to 19 degrees this Friday and Saturday–just in time for the annual Riverfest celebrations.
According to windy.com, temperatures will peak at 19 degrees in the early afternoon on both Friday and Saturday.
And not only is Limerick expected to be the warmest in the country, it is also expected to be hotter than sunny Barcelona, the south of France and parts of mainland Europe.
Temperatures are expected to remain consistently warm over the weekend, with high hopes for a clear, sunny day on Monday to wrap up a festive Bank Holiday Weekend.
