TREATY UNITED will be looking to pick up their first points of the new SSE Airtricity First Division season when they welcome Munster neighbours Kerry FC to the Markets Field on tonight.
The Shannonsiders will be looking to bounce back from last weekend's disappointing 0-2 loss to UCD at 'The Bowl'.
Their loss in the capital was Treaty's third defeat in as many league games this season as they prepare for the challenge of Colin Healy's Kerry side.
Treaty sit at the foot of the First Division table, with Friday night's opponents sitting just above them in ninth position. 'The Kingdom' have managed to pick up just one point in their opening three outings.
Kerry too suffered a loss to UCD at Belfield on opening night. Healy's charges were then beaten 2-1 by Athlone Town in Tralee before picking up their first point of the season against Longford Town last weekend.

Treaty lost just one of the four encounters with their Kerry counterparts last season. Tommy Barrett's charges were unbeaten at the Markets Field, winning 3-0 last April and drawing 1-1 last August. Both ties at Mounthawk Park were cagey affairs, with Kerry winning 1-0 in May, before the sides shared the spoils in September, drawing 1-1.
Manager Tommy Barrett was disappointed with his side's showing in the capital last weekend.
"We were very poor in the first half, I don't think we started well at all, it was a poor 45 minutes all around," Barrett told Treaty United's social media channels.
"We never got going and made mistakes early and it was a really poor performance in that first half. The second half was a lot more positive but we never scored, we were a bit unlucky not to, but you can't start like we did in this game, especially at a place like this.
"It's hard to get back into it after that and ultimately you've got to take one of the chances you get. It's important that we start getting points on the board and that has to come sooner rather than later, it's important that we re-group for next week," Tommy Barrett said.
