TREATY United's Jillian O'Toole will captain the women's team for the 2025 season.The New Jersey, USA native enters her second year at the Women's Premier Division club. O'Toole started in every match last season and she was part of the Treaty United team that achieved their best-ever league finish.

“It's definitely a huge honour and I'm super excited to take on this new role with the team in my second season. I'm really looking forward to seeing what the team can do this season,” newly-appointed captain Jillian O'Toole said.

Treaty United's squad features top international talents from four countries, including returnees O’Toole, Mara McCleary, Anna Rockett, Ayaka Ikeza, Bella Flocchini as wll as newcomers Madelyn Robbins, Madeline McKenzie and Liisa Tuomi.

There is plenty of home-grown talent as well with U17 National Team members, Madison McGuane, Aibhlinn Cotter, Ciara Breslin and Kate Jones who have made the jump from the Carelon Treaty Academy to the senior team for 2025. They're joined by returning local internationals Clodagh Daly and Amy Tierney.

“We have a really good mix of players that are more experienced along with the younger talent. It's great to see how well everyone is blending together. It's been good to have a long pre-season to be able to bond even better together.”

Treaty United open their Women's Premier Division campaign against Waterford at 3pm on Saturday afternoon at the Markets Field.

“It's great to have the season opener at home. We are hoping for a good turnout this weekend,” O'Toole said.
