THOUSANDS of people flocked to towns and villages across Limerick on St Patrick’s Day to take part in the local celebrations.
While the flagship parade took place in Limerick city, there was the same sense of excitement in each of the 12 towns and villages which hosted a parade of their own- some for the first time.
From the first parade of the day in Broadford to the final parade in Abbeyfeale, the Limerick Leader / Limerick Live was on the ground with reporters and photographers to capture the atmosphere.
