Injured stars set to return for Munster Rugby's PRO14 quarter final

Conor Murray and Joey Carbery are set to face Benetton

The Munster squad return to training in Limerick today in preparing for Saturday’s Guinness PRO14 quarter-final against Benetton Rugby in Thomond Park on Saturday (3pm).

Following Saturday’s win over Connacht at Thomond Park, Munster Rugby’s medical department have confirmed that Conor Murray will train fully today and is available for selection at the weekend. 

Dan Goggin, who was removed for a HIA on Saturday, which he passed, will resume full training today while injured Irish duo Keith Earls (thigh) and Joey Carbery (hamstring) will return to team training this week.

The following meanwhile are progressing with rehabilitation: Brian Scott (foot), James Cronin (leg), Fineen Wycherley (hamstring), Tommy O’Donnell (shoulder).
