Tickets go on sale for Limerick games in Munster Senior Hurling Championship

TICKETS for Limerick's game in the Munster Championship go on sale this Wednesday.

Tickets will be available to purchase from 10am in Centra and Supervalu outlets as well as online via

John Kiely's Limerick hurlers will play four games in the Munster SHC but tickets for the June 2 tie with Waterford in Walsh Park aren't going on public sale due to restricted capacity. Very limited tickets for this game will be made available via the County Board and and clubs only.

Limerick Season Ticket holders will be guaranteed tickets for all four games, including the Waterford game.

Ticket prices for Munster SHC games will be €20 for an adult stand ticket and €15 for terrace.

It will be €5 for U-16s while a student/OAP concession of €5 will apply with valid ID prior to entry at a designated stile.

These prices are pre-purchase prices, applicable until midnight of the night before the game with prices being consistent for all venues. All adult ticket prices increase by €5 on the day.

Limerick play Tipperary in the Munster SFC on Saturday May 11 in Thurles.

Adult ticket prices for this game will be €15 with U-16s free.

The Munster Council have confirmed that Juvenile Group tickets can be availed of at €5 per juvenile with one adult free with every 10 juveniles for Limerick Munster SHC matches (with the exception of games in Walsh Park Waterford).


May 19 - Limerick v Cork in the Gaelic Grounds at 4pm

June 2 - Waterford v Limerick in Walsh Park at 2pm

June 9 - Limerick v Clare in the Gaelic Grounds at 4pm

June 16 - Tipperary v Limerick in Thurles at 2pm

* The Munster Minor Hurling Championship games between the same counties will serve as the curtain-raisers to all fixtures - two hours before.
