MUNSTER ‘A’ scored four tries, two in either half, in an exciting 26-22 victory over Leinster ‘A’ at Thomond Park on Friday night.
Home side Munster ‘A’ lead Leinster ‘A’ 14-3 at half-time with tries from Alex McHenry and Neil Cronin. Scrum-half Cronin’s Garryowen clubmate Bill Johnston converted both tries.
Peter Malone’s side added two further tries in the second half from winger Calvin Nash and replacement Eoin O’Connor, while another replacement Ian Keatley also added a conversion.
