The Limerick senior hurling team has been named to face Tipperary this Saturday evening in the Allianz League semi final. The tie, to be shown live on TG4 throws in at 7pm.

There is one change to the starting side from the one that defeated Clare in the quarter final in dramatic fashion. Colin Ryan, the scorer of the match winning '65' in a shoot out with Clare, comes into the side at midfield in place of Bruff's Paul Brown.

Once more the back six remain unchanged with Seamus Hickey again lining out at full back. Declan Hannon captains the side from centre back which the free scoring inside forward line of Flanagan, Gillane and Murphy remain in place.

John Kiely had a full squad to pick from this weekend, all be it, without the 10 Na Piarsaigh panel members who have yet to re-join the squad following their All Ireland club final loss.
