Joy Neville receiving her award from former Australian International George Gregan
LIMERICK'S Joy Neville has been named as the 2017 World Rugby Referee of the year tonight.
Speaking after receiving the award Neville admitted that she was 'delighted' and never thought she would be at 'this level' following her retirement from international rugby after winning the Grand Slam with Ireland in 2013.
