AFTER a 13 week mid-Summer break the Limerick SFC resumes this weekend with round three action in the group stages.
Remarkably no team brings a 100% record into games, albeit Fr Caseys, Monaleen, Newcastle West, Oola and St Kierans all have one draw and one win to-date.
At the other end of the groups, Ballylanders and Ballysteen have tasted defeat in both games so far.
There are six games down for decision between this Thursday and Sunday and none are encounters between any of the five unbeaten teams.
After this weekend, the next games will be on August 25-28.
This Thursday (7.15) there are three games scheduled.
The Muiris Gavin managed Monaleen travel to Clarina to play Ballysteen.
The other two Thursday games are in the other group with St Patricks playing Oola in Caherconlish and Dromcollogher-Broadford playing St Kierans in Newcastle West.
St Patricks will be without towering midfielder Gearoid Hegarty, who is in the US at present.
On Friday in Kilmallock Fr Caseys play Pallasgreen. The Abbeyfeale are one of the unbeaten sides so far.
The Saturday fixture has a change of time with Na Piarsaigh meeting Ballylanders at 5.00 in Bruff. This is a meeting of the 2014 Limerick senior (Ballylanders) and intermediate (Na Piarsaigh) football championship winners.
On Sunday evening (7.15) reigning county senior football champions Newcastle West play a big west Limerick derby when they meet Rathkeale in Knockaderry.
