Captain Corbett returns to Limerick football team for Cork qualifier

THE return of captain Iain Corbett is the only change in the Limerick football team to play Cork in Saturday’s All Ireland SFC Qualifier in Thurles.

The game has a 3.00 start in Semple Stadium and Corbett has been selected in midfield in place of Tommie Childs. Corbett was also named to start in Belfast but Childs was a late replacement in that win over Antrim.

But Corbett now looks set to be back to match fitness after his injury lay-off.

Elsewhere the team is unchanged from that which ended a run of 12 games without success when beating Antrim.

Cork have made four changes to their side that was shocked by Tipperary in the Munster SFC.
